I dont' care for the lighting although I realize what you were trying to portray with it. Also, the backdrop is all wrinkled....either use a very shallow DOF to blur it, or iron it.

Beautiful reflection captured here. It's mirror-like suface make the boat appear to me floating in mid air. The pastels are a wonderful compliment to an already gorgeous image. (10)
