i do like this image .. the contrast of iamges in the shot are definitly portraying a message ... with the challenge being touch though - i'm still not sure i see the connection ... but the detail of the stuffed animal is beasutiful and i do think the b/w works well here.

the flame of the candle looks really washed out .. maybe a quicker shutter speed may have worked a little better ... for the lighting challenge i think either the candle or the book would have worked i think they take away from each other in the image then help each other

i like the capture - but i agree maybe getting in closer and cropping off the right side may have made a little more impact according to your title ... the lighting also seems s little too hard along the side of the ducklings ... but then again - it is hard to control the sun ... maybe also playing with this in a tinted image instead of full color

i honestly dont like the expression on the medel's face .. speficially within her mouth area .. looks odd ... and it looks like the focused part of the photo is capturing the wall more than the model .. see the top of the model's hair ... overall i like the concept .. i think it may have worked better in a less staged atmosphere

you have captured the lighting beautifully - i love shooting concert shots ... it's so much fun to catch the smoke and lights ... i also like the detail in the musician - great photo :)
