Flabbergastedby lionelmComment: Now, how did you get this bird to pose so well for you and look right at the camera. Except maybe for the wing tips, I see no blurriness from action or movement. It's like he just hung there still as can be for you to take this shot. Excellent capture. I honestly can't find anything to complain about. Good luck in the challenge. |

Duckby jjimComment: Might be just a tinsy bit blurry, but other than that a nice picture of this duck. Might be cropped just a little too tight especially in front of her...like she's getting suffocated by the border and is trapped. Her refection has also been severly cut off. Good luck in the challenge. |

Alligator Alleyby ploogieaComment: This seems just a tad overexposed in my opinion. Perhaps some adjustment to the contrast would bring out a little more color and detail. One thing that struck me when I saw this picture is how the alligators look as if they are smiling. |

Great Egretby DennisFComment: This is a lovely picture...however, the reflection in the water, which is nice, is in fact taking the attention away from the bird. Possibly, since he's a little out of focus, he gets lost. Perhaps sharpening just a little and toning down the color in the water would help in this instance. |

I Like Big Butts and I Cannot Lie...by dacrazyrnComment: Oh, how funny! This appears to be buffalo...seems at least you could have gotten one to face forward. Anyway, once getting past the butts, the sky is lovely. Unfortunately, this picture well focused and lighting is appropriate. It definately meets the challenge. |

My companionby xertionComment: Very pretty kitty and picture is taken well...nicely focused. Might be a tad dark at the top, but otherwise technically sound. A family pet just doesn't, in my opinion, meet the spirit of the challenge. |

Learning to Swimby AzrifelComment: Nice family of ducks. I especially like how you were able to catch the water drops from the splash of the little guy in the back. The lighting is fabulous, especially on the mom and chicks. Dad's head must have gotten into the shadows because he's a little dark, but other than that, I don't find any flaws. You should do well...good luck. |

Ducksby Frank BeckmanComment: Hey! They aren't all ducks...I see a crow or grackle in there. Ducks are kind of far away and a little out of focus. Otherwise, a nice shoreline photo. Good luck in the challenge. |

Virginia Swampby lionelmComment: Nice reflective shot. Perhaps a little more adjustment to the constrast would bring the color out a little more. |

cherry blossoms illuminated at the time of festivalby kenboComment: Surely, this looked better in person. It seems that the lighting (must be in back of the trees), draws the color out of the trees in this photo. Also, it is very unfortunate that there is a lot of artifact in your picture. Otherwise, it IS a well framed shot. I like the reflection in the water. |
