I really like this picture...the deep chocolatey browns...the light and contrast...it seems so desolate... abandoned almost...completely effective and dramatic perspective and distortion. Some elements appear to be suffering with the "jaggies" ...they are so hard to get rid of in some cases...nasty little critters...one of my favorite images in the challenge none the less...nicely seen.

After looking at SO many crane images...this is by far the best and most interesting in my opinion. The B & W and the grain are so effective...a very moody urban scene...but what totally makes this image is that sign...so simple but adds so much interest...nicely done.

Building a Bean

This bean is the coolest thing...wish it had been around when I lived up there. This for me is one of the more interesting images in the challenge...I love the two people down at the right hand corner, they help emphasize the size of this giant bean...the only thing I find slightly bothersome is the crop..does it need to be slightly tighter or do I want to see more of whats around this bean, I'm not sure...yet the more I look at this image the less the crop bothers me....a wonderful imag

This is surely one of my favorites...but I'm not so sure about the BRIGHT orange, I think I would have preferred a more toned down version...buts that's just me...still an awesome image, really cool.

I just really like this...the shimmery skin, the lashes...even those tiny little blood vessels in the eye...the texture of the skin...so nice to see something that hasn't been de-noised to death...very nice.
