It's so beautiful, yet it incites a struggle...do I like the centered comp, or do I not. I love the painterly areas that surround the lily and would hate to lose them. So centered works for this,though there is still discomfort...which isn't always a bad thing.The negative space areas also add to the titles meaning I think.

The black and white conversion is really beautiful...so rich and deep. The light makes it even more lovely...very nice.

I love the cooled down palette of this. The way the color is broken down reminds me of screen printed fabric from the 1950s...which would be really cool the more I think about it...it would make a very interesting print for textiles. 8

...the title...perfect. I like that you chose B&W when color would have been an easy choice. This choice brings out the textures nicely and lends an abstract vibe...it helps me go beyond just what I see and into how this images makes me feel and think about things that have nothing to do with foliage at all...well done and my only 10.
