IMHO there's too much going on in this picture. I'd have cropped it in on the girl and the teddy bear. Also, the table cloth needs to be centered better. One side is hanging off too much.

The base doesn't seem to match go with the vase and flowers in colors, and it's out of proportion with them, too.

Did you mean for the threads to show on the edges of the silk rose? It's kind of symbolic. Your friend is as frazzled as you are? That's said with a smile and not meant to slam your picture. Technically, it's very good, and I really like the blurring i the background.

You need to crop off something on the left. I don't think the boy is ieve on the 1/4 line. It's a cute picture though. If it had been me, I would have forgotten about 1/3's and just filled up the frame with the boy.

IMHO you have too much contrast here. I'd like to see more detail in the man's face. The suff in the wagon and the details in the fence are blown away.
