It may just be the resolution, but it almost looks like the picture was a little blurry so it was over-sharpened to compensate... however, since I am not sure I am not deducting for that. But some people may... you might was to make sure your resolution is better for next time. =) I like that you angled the picture so that the bridge is in the background... nice touch!

This is my second go-around =) - Very nice choice of statue! I really like your photograph. I only think you dodged too much around the angel... the thin light line around it is very noticeable. I think you should have used a little larger brush size and lower setting. Also, the over-exposed spot on her neck is a little distracting. Other than that I think you did a great job =)
