The Headless Horsemanby rayg544Comment: I had to look at this one for a minute to see the horseman but it is pretty cool now that I have figured it out. I think this shot meets the definition of minimalism very well. |

Tiny Bubblesby MichaelsComment: Very clean image with nice color. The bubbles are nice but what really grabs and holds my attention is the top part of the stem of the glass. The shape and contrast of it really keep me looking at that area of the picture. |

Roof Roofby Pug-HComment: This certainly meets "minimalist" For me the lack of an interesting subject is what keeps me from being interested in looking at this picture for more than a couple of seconds. Maybe it you had some really wacky colors or if I couldn’t recognize what was making the shapes it would have been stronger for me. |

Floatby sailracer_98Comment: I like the use of color and think you did a very good job with the composition. The only thing that is holding this photo back for me is the lack of a stronger subject. Maybe had the float been in mid jerk from a fish bite it would have had more impact. |

The Hikerby justin_hewlettComment: This is a difficult shot to pull off. In this lighting all the rocks and scrub make the photo look too busy for my taste and this takes attention away from the subject. It might have worked better had you taken this at sunrise or sunset and had the hiker actively doing something. |
