1) the lighting seems a bit harsh; we lose details of ernie's eyes
2) ernie's nose is out of focus
3) not sure, but reckon you need eye contact with lens.

looks pretty bad on the far left though - the higher contrast to white out the BG has made those locks of hair look terrible, plus i don't like how the white jacket is all blown out.
Very nice work though. |
