Snowlineby FalcComment: Quite beautiful. On one hand the houses near the center of the photo interrupt the pristine bucolic beauty. But they also add weight which anchors the photo. |

"Toeing" the Lineby graphicfunkComment: Lines and Curves. The lighting is quite suitable for photographing the lines, but it strikes me as being a little harsh for photographing the curves. And a quibble: The molding at the right edge of the photo is a distraction ( is it a picture frame?) I'd have been tempted to crop out the top 20% and right 10% of the photo. |

Skywardby ArtifactsComment: I like it. It's a refreshing change from stark architectural lines. |

Life Through A Lensby SimonjwComment: I really like the lines on the sidewalk & the lines in the building; but that croooked post bugs the hell out of me. |

Stripesby BAMartinComment: That's a lot to focus on And unfortunately the two objects duke it out for supremacy as the subject, each laughing at the other for being out of focus and some odd color. It was a tough shot, probably made more difficult by being in the shade. |

Lines for a Songby FleximusComment: I understand the reason, but I disagree with the choice. The image of the background is too powerful to treat like this. The subject, in all it's sharply focused glory doesn't stand a chance. That's doubly true when it lives where several majof lines in the background cross. |

Of Wisdom by PedroComment: Exquisite. The lighting, the color, the focus & DOF, the model, the expression, all lovely. |
