I like the concept and focus.
My eye finds the open space is where it wants to land though, perhaps a tigher crop or bit different placement. imo.

I like the framing and that you chose to shoot this in black and white. I get lost in the right side of the photo however, in the dark. imo, i might of opted to have cropped the right side a bit tighter to eliminate that.
