$&^_aby chipucComment: This is a beautiful photo. Perfectly composed and the details and use of shallow DOF, also perfect. Think I was a bit harsh initially giving you a 7... so, I'll bump this to... yeah, what the hell... 9. Well done... I expect to see this in the top 10. |

eclipseby DeenComment: This is a very good photo... looks like a lens from sunglasses. The details are good, composition great... my favourite abstract in the FS. |

Top Shelfby RKTComment: This is a great photo... disturbing but the story, the composition, and the contrast... BRILLIANT!!! |

Ivories over downtownby Yo_SpiffComment: In the words of my wife sitting next to me "that's pretty cool" and "interesting". A great image and excellent use of the reflection. Contrast is great, and composition is good, but perhaps suffers a little from being a little too centered perhaps. |

Santa's Secret Summer Vacationby bspurgeonComment: This is a great photo. One of the best in the FS (IMO). Sky is fantastic, contrast is spot on and the subject and foreground is sharp and interesting... and there's a story to boot. Gave this an 8 during my voting phase, actually, think it was originally a 7 but I bumped it at completion of voting... any, been an 8 for a couple of days, and I reckon it deserves another bump... 9. |

mobile sistersby tateComment: This is just TOO sweet. I love the genuineness of this... yes, it's soft, and noisy, though, your B&W process has gone a long way to counter that... but I just love this image SO much... this is a beautiful image that these two will love when they grow up. Wonderful. |

The Book Booth Birdby PelleComment: This a GREAT capture, and one of my top 10 images for the FS. Love the B&W processing, and the DOF here... wonderful. But most of all, I love the story in this image. |

Candyby trainComment: As far as pet portraiture goes, you've absolutely nailed this!!! This is a fantastic photo, processed perfectly, though, I wouldn't be surprised if the DPC voting masses think it's over done... thankfully, I'm not one of the masses and this is in the top 10 for the challenge in my books. Well done, and I hope you get many more voters like me... would be nice to see this on the first page for the challenge. |

U.S. Open 2009: Center Courtby Five_SeatComment: I love tilt-shift photos, be they real, or processed to look like it. You've done exceptionally well with this image... colours, details, composition... all fantastic. I'm curious to see how well the general DPC voters vote on this. Hope it does well. |

Birdby freakin_hilariousComment: I really, really like this... it's different, but not in a bad way. Composition is excellent, details are great, excellent use of shallow DOF. |
