What is that line just above the trees on the right. Clone that out and straighten the horizon and I think it is perfect.

Nice conversion. You have framed this well. The only thing I would change is to cloned out the two headstones in the front.

Seems too busy. I see apartments in the background. I think this would benefit with a closer shot.

This would do much better if you converted it to b/w. Maybe even make it a little darker.
