Amirby srdanzComment: Great shot! I love how he's looking straight ahead and perfectly centered. He's got the world's cutest smile. You did a really nice job on both of these portraits. |

Natural Habitatby rileyComment: The symmetry with the water coming out of the duck's beak is pretty cool. I like how the duck is just entering the shot from the right. Only criticism is I wouldn't mind seeing it just a tad sharper on the duck itself. The focus seems to be right on the edge of the beak. Great colors. |

Aquarianby wavelengthComment: The water in the fountain is beautiful, really just perfect. The top part of the composition with the dark sculpture and the competing light, bring this down a bit for me. Love that fountain and water, though! |

Lesser Blue Heron, Water is His Homeby jorrComment: The reflection and position of this heron is nice. I like that there's nothing too complicated about the composition. Not sure if you meant for it to be grainy or have jpg artifacts (not sure what it is)... that's a slight drawback for my taste. Nice effort. |

Skagerrak and Blueby tinky2Comment: Wow, either Sweden or Denmark? Nice colors. The two major elements, boat and rock, sort of compete with each other for my attention, but maybe your intention is that they should balance each other. I think I prefer the boat on it's own, but that's just my taste. It's lovely and rusty and full of character. |

Liquefyby CalliopeKelComment: Love the colors and that oh-so-serious look! Awesome cropping. On a personal level, I bet she can give the worlds toughest look when she's mad :-) Very, very nice job. |

Midnight Rideby SandyPComment: Beautiful colors and light, Sandy! I love the stripes of blue light near the top right. That's a great story about the carnival workers, too. Bet they're pleased with the result - it's really great. |

Doorwayby JutildaComment: Congratulations on a great entry, Judy. I like this because the feeling of being still is tangible - it's so dreamy and meditative. WTG! |
