This is one of the best "meeting the challenge" entries I've seen so far! I love the title, by the way. As for the image, it's something I could stare at for ages. The little blurb of blue color near the bottom is wonderful.

Love the title :-) Looks like you really put a lot of work into this. I wonder if you were calm while achieving this state or if you were pulling your hair out two minutes before the deadline. I like the light on the left. Not so crazy about the complexity of all the things to look at, but really, really appreciate the effort you put in to this quality entry.

Beautiful! The frame even fits and this is not something I normally pay much attention to. Love those blues and the fact that you didn't overdo the clouds. The texture in the mudflat is great.

Wow, these are some saturated colors. For my taste, it's a little much because I'm looking for calming images in this challenge. I think with a drop in the saturation, particularly the green, this would be lovely. I love the composition!

You've achieved fantastic tones in this image. Also, there's beautiful simplicity without being boring. I'm glad there's a little shininess on the table to contrast and offset the flatness of the apple. Sweet.

The Fortuneteller's Window

While I enjoy the mystery of the candles in the window and not knowing what that wheel thing is in the center, this seems a tiny bit too complicated for a zen image (to me - hope you don't mind the comment). The parts I react to most are the partial flower on the right, the horse shoe near the flowers, remote control or telephone, and a feeling of imbalance from the empty space around the bottom compared to no empty space at the top. What I like is: the candles (already mentioned), the colors (BEAUTIFUL colors of blue on the window frame!!), and the clarity. It's a very nice effort and I really hope my comments are helpful. If not, please accept my apologies. Wait: Another thing I like is the curtain in the left - it adds to the mystery and life :-)

Very zen-like image in my opinion. The mist is so soothing, the reflections in the water lovely, and the tree branch framing the top keeps me there, freezing my a$$ off on that cold, damp bench. <--- just kidding about the last part. It looks very nice!
