Green Carpet Welcomeby mqnaufalComment: I really like this shot more than I expected to on first glance. I think it's the simplicity of it and the large expanse of lawn and sky compared to building, path and lampposts. It feels grand and yet peaceful at the same time. |

Summertime Relaxationby timfythetooComment: I like the way most of her body is out of the focal plane with just the toes in focus. And I like the way that the foreground and background are all grass. And the vivid colours. But the distortion from the angle makes it seem that she's all leg with no body or arms! |

Lingering in the Lawnby njsabsComment: Lovely wildlife portrait, though it's a shame he's on a brown twig rather than one of the green blades. I like the shallow DOF and the way that the grass fills the entire frame. |
