Ordinary Forks, Extraordinary Shadowsby tyt2000Comment: I like how the line of the shadows blends to the point that it makes a very smooth curved line. Strong abstract by use of shapes and light and shadow and the high contrast works well. |

Growth Opportunity by EddyGComment: This is great! Composition is great - sweep of line and position of ball work well. Colours are just so zingy! Very quirky and hence very cool! |

Neighborhood Peepshowby moodvilleComment: Beautiful and I like the way you've included two vertical gaps - makes for good composition plus gives us a little more of the background than the two holes. Very interesting and great colours and textures. |

Puffy Softnessby CamComment: Good choice of roll - the textured pattern adds necessary detail. I have this wonderful image of a photographer throwing loo rolls around and strangers just looking on in surprise and thinking about calling the men in white coats! :) |

The Hands of Timeby PaulMdxComment: Very strong composition - the positioning of the pointers within the frame, their angle, the curved sweep of the edging pattern, the hard border of the wood - excellent. |

Just a Sunsetby dinnComment: I guess sunsets are something that can be mundane, in the sense that we sometimes take their beauty for granted and stop looking - but this one is beautiful. |

a roadby jmritzComment: Fairytale scene - I like how two foreground branches seem to cross and form an arch. |

Going somewhere - most likely in a head windby RangerComment: What a great focal point and I like the way you have repetition/ symmetry in the image from the trees and then the asymmetrical from the lone cyclist. Good choice to include huge expanse of empty sky. |

Levers and Slots (or maybe just a hairbrush)by dsa157Comment: This is very striking - I can look at it with different scales - a hairbrush - a toaster size mystery machine, a strange piece of modern architecture... most cool. I think I'd convert to black and white to lose that purple tinge on the base but you may have wanted that edge of colour. |
