Whirlwind Romanceby crabappl3Comment: This is one that caught my eye when I went through the thumbnails earlier. I like the eye contact and the background works incredibly well. Focus feels soft to me, which is something I'm particularly unfond of (is there such a word as unfond?). Good choice to go black and white. |

Before They Fallby SkipComment: I'm not usually keen on selective desats as they are nearly always done for sake of technique and not to improve the actual image but it works quite well here. |

Fog Boundby duncesComment: Lovely wildlife photograph at a really interesting time of day. I like the way that the light is sufficient to show detail in teh two larger birds, including the rich red of their feet and the way that the fog provides a muted backdrop. |
