This could be better if you had focused on one of the "frames" and had a bit more detail in the wall. It is just too dark to really appreciate that it is concrete and the scenes beyond the wall are too blurry to make them interesting either. A good effort, keep trying.

I like the colors on the horizon, but the image is so grainy it is hard to see exactly what is concrete in this shot. I don't care for whatever filter or texture you have applied. Better luck next time.

The positives for this image - nice colors and definitely on topic. The negatives - so much of the image is out of focus, and such a tiny part is in focus that it honestly makes me dizzy to look at this image. I don't mind artistic blurring, but they shouldn't give me vertigo!
