Nice composition. Makes me wonder about what she is standing on, and why this structure is there at the seaside. Seems a bit over processed to me, a hair overdone on the HDR effects. But a good solid effort and a 7 from me.

I think you were trying to capture the interesting shading and staining of the concrete as well as the plants growing within it. A closer cropping might have improved this image and if you had focused on either then color variations or the plant life I think the result would have been stronger.
