I can't tell if it's my display or not, but the out of focusness of the necklace is distracting in this image. This image could possibly have been oversharpened without detriment to the overall quality.

I think I had one of these on Eroticon 5...no matter. The color blast works great in this image. Although I originally would have thought that seeing light rays in the image would detract from the overall quality, in this image it improves it.

It's nice to see photos from Oregon in the challenge. I like this image. It is well-light with multiple lights and the trees in bloom are a nice addition. It seems the photo is either a little too stark or a little overcontrasted, probably due to the brightness of the capital against the darkness of the sky. It's good to see home again.

The idea is creative, however, the absense of clarity in the image is distracting. I think the shot would have been better if you could create the blurring around some infocus lightbulbs and possibly used some rule of thirds to improve this image.
