cARby bvyComment: Another great brown! I could not bring myself to vote on Negative Image, nor even to look. But now that I have done so, I have obviously started at the right end! Brilliant suspension of all that's tedious about photography, in favor of all that's bewitching. Thank you Brian. I can see I must pull my socks up (down) if I am to keep up with you down here in the DPC dirt.
ETA: I think I may have your measure in Monuments and Memorials however. Stand by. Message edited by author 2010-10-07 03:27:14. |

The Skeptical Donkeyby zeuszenComment: It's a well chosen title, and I must echo Steve's observation. 'Ha!' Just so.
I feel rather like Benjamin when voting on challenges sometimes: I can see what's going on, even where it may lead, but I am not inclined to do anything about it. |

formulateby posthumousComment: My top pick. Tactile, anatomical, gritty. All the good things are here. Thanks. |

aseaby posthumousComment: My timbers just shivered. Distinctly. Thank you.
P.S. Your Photographer's Comments most illuminating. It's thrilling to see how the great mind works (turns out to be much as I expected).

Transformation-The Little Mermaidby bspurgeonComment: I gave it a 7 (my second-highest score) but then I chickened out on commenting appropriately, for which I apologise.
I kept hearing Cream's Tales of Brave Ulysses whenever I looked at the image and I flashed back to the 1960's, where I turned out to be still as bewildered now as I was then.
And you see a girl's brown body dancing through the turquoise,
And her footprints make you follow where the sky loves the sea,
And when your fingers find her, she drowns you in her body,
Carving deep blue ripples in the tissues of your mind.
Brrrrr! Thanks for the time travel. |

Leo Carrilloby TabbyComment: One of the best motion blur images I've seen for a while (and I do love motion blur). |

The art enthusiastsby mitalapoComment: Can't decide if this is better than it looks or not as good as it looks. Either way it's very good. |
