Very abstract looking. Including the tree gives it some context, otherwise it would difficult to know what you're looking at. While this is interesting, I'm not really sure that it gives the viewer (at least for me) a good sense of wind. It's not really a tangible item here. JMO of course. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

Yep. Certainly windy in this photo. Can't help but wonder what the person is doing out in that weather in a cemetary. Hopefully this isn't disrespectful, but it looks like a photographer "chimping" his last shot. :D Overall, nicely done. Good luck in the challenge. Stay WARM!

Dang! I would love to give this a really high score. It's nearly there but the focal point is off. His face is a couple of inches out of the sharp focal plane (look at the top of his head where it's tack sharp). Wonderful expression and the colors/tones are great!

So that's what a widget looks like? :D Certainly is windy enough - you've got that covered. A couple of things might be holding this down some; 1) it's a little blurry - not quite sharp and well focused enough, 2) needs a little more contrast - as is, it's coming across somewhat flat. I like the foreground blur on the left. Helps to take that out of the viewers way and lead to the person. The brick lines also help out in that regard quite nicely. You've done a nice job indicating wind and meeting the challenge theme. B/W works well here, but I think the range is a bit short when it comes to blacks (could be deeper - or it may be this cruddy monitor). Well done overall. Good luck in the challenge.
