An easy ride through TheBig Easyby Elvis_LComment: I really like this capture, but my preference would have been to have the image level than the way it is slanting to the left. Nonetheless, there is some wonderful depth and contrast here. Nice job. Good Luck. 7. |

Homeland Shoresby shamerComment: Like the processing here and tone it sets...very desolate and cold. Nice to see some one take advantage of adding some character and not simply having the horizon in the middle of the image. Well done. Good Luck. 7. |

Once Upon A Time In The Desertby bubeltrubelComment: Nice simple image. I think I would have tried to frame the bush in the lower left quadrant with the shadow going to the middle of the image. The adjustments on the blue make it a little unnatural and because how clear the day was I may have moved the horizon up to include more sand. Good Luck. 6. |

Departing Stormby cryanComment: Like the conversion to B&W and one of the better processed skies I have seen thus far. Still a little excessive for my liking. Definitely has some anger up there. Good Luck. 6. |

Edinburgh in Colourby wsteynComment: Good old Scotland. Beautiful capture of this amazing castle. Colours are rich and would like to see the focus a little stronger on the castle. Still a decent shot. Good Luck. 7. |

The Explorerby RoosterComment: Some props would have excelled your title, like a boat washed ashore in the upper right corner and then imprints in the sand up to where she was as if she just discovered this land (yes I am getting carried away).
Cute capture, good use of thirds and well focused. Good Luck. 7. |

MORDORby naomikComment: I like the colours, however with so much emphasis on the sky, your title (I am assuming in reference to the Lord of the Rings - middle earth) covers so little of the image. I would have tried to include more of the silhouetted foreground to tie better to your title. Good Luck. 5.
NOTE: I had to search your title as I wasn't sure what the reference was. |

Peek-a-booby ScapeshotsComment: Great capture, almost seems unreal. love the expression and reflection in the eyes. Focus (USM?) almost seems over done. Still an image I wish I had taken. Good Luck. 7. |

Eye To Eyeby zoomzoomComment: What an absolute wonderful capture. Great wing span and a different perspective on the typical Eagle shot on its perch. But, you have absolutely destroyed the result with the processing and it looks almost cartoonish and unnatural. I would love to see this image with some adjustments in levels for some contrast, USM and some minor burining of the sky. This should be an 8-10, but the processing drops it to a 5-6 IMO. Good Luck. 6. |
