Moon Over Golden Gate Bridgeby PhilipDyerComment: Awesome photo. Living in the Bay Area I, along with everyone else here, have probably seen hundreds if not thousands of Golden Gate Bridge shots but this one stands out. It is nice the foreground isn't underexposed or completely black. The moon helped bring enough light to the scene to balance the exposure. Good job. Message edited by author 2006-07-16 10:38:11. |

Up-Lightingby SunnieeComment: Accidentally entered a thumbnail under your image.
I like the complementary color scheme in this photo as well as the star caused by light. Message edited by author 2006-07-20 02:12:47. |

Virginity Waits Patientlyby SebiComment: You were robbed...this a great shot. I disagree about the crop it looks like intentionally wanted the mirror in the photo. Good job. |

Essential Glassby SherwinJamesComment: Awesome shot. The reflection is great for adding repetition to this shot and the self portrait? is creatively done - that and you managed to get a flower into the shot. |

... (with a twist) of lemonby shalrathComment: This is an interesting concept. I like the idea. The frontal flash has made the lighting somewhat flat. Could you possibly use a diffuser or natural light? |

11, 12, 14, 15, ...by v5planetComment: Ok...I see where you're going with this. Very creative and well shot. The DOF is great and absence of the 13th volume makes for a very unusual enrty into this challenge. (10) |

I'm a real danger...by ZdetoComment: Nice shot. The shallow DOF required for bokeh works well to emphasize the cat's claws in this photo. Good B&W treatment as well. |

Ferrari Challengeby Kha0SComment: Great shot. Motion blur is perfect. Good use of diagonals to lead the eye into the image as well. |

Boy and Water in Constant Motionby jencurrieComment: Nice with two items showing motion. I realize that if you just showed the blur of the water that someone would inevitably vote you down because of it but personally I think the portrait would have been better without the motion of the child's arms. Still nicely composed shot. (7) Message edited by author 2006-07-20 02:15:35. |
