Interesting photo but there's something really funky going on with the distortion. The headstone in the foreground is most distractingbecause it's tilted, I want to tilt my head to go along with the edge which causes other things to tilt the other way. The idea is good and black and white works well.

I like this, I had a similar idea but this seems just a bit too cluttered for it to really work. I feel the clock and business card holder isn't needed along with the cup of coffee and the meds. I think it would have worked very well with the bills/mortage/pen and calculator in the photo. I like the neutral black background. A wooden grained table top will work as well.

a clever image but I must admit those pebbles do not look like meds. That's probably my biggest complaint here. The idea is there, the execution is there but the meds don't look real.

Seems to be a bit on the yellow side. I think you aimed to have a warm feel to it? Also, I'd expect there to be more clothes. Who wanders outside with only one shoe and a bra? There should be a lot more clothes for the image to "work" but I like the idea.
