Very nice portrait, I love her eyes and smile and how they dominate the composition due to the way you framed the face and also filled the frame. Light's lovely too. Seems to lack a little sharpness and to have a very shallow depth-of-field, but those are little picky crits. I think it's really a wonderful portrait.

I agree that the high-contrast works. I like how the crop mirrors the geometric shape of the graffiti and door, etc. and I like the blur of the pedestrian feet.

I prefer this one of the two you posted. It almost looks like a shot of just energy. The horse's tail especially makes the shot imo.
