Awesome detail on the waterdrops and the petals of the flower but it´s a bit unevenly lit for my taste. A reflector or a fill flash for the stem itself would have improved this shot in my humble opinion but don´t get me wrong, I love this shot and could not do better myself. 8

I can see that it´s validated, it´s just that the backround just looks, well frankly bad, so that is the reason I am voting only a 3. Also the halo around the statue is a killer for me. Don´t take this personally, I just want to explain why I am only giving a 3, hope you respect that.

Too oversaturated for my taste but other than that a pretty nice shot. I would love to see more from the same location during a different time of day where you don´t have such a large shadow in the right lower part and also with a wider angle lens including more of the river. Good luck in the challenge!

Ohhhh.... the thumbnail looked so very promising! If only the head had been in perfect focus and the rest of the image exactly the same as it is now I would have given this a 10 easy! However I still gave it an 7 just for the composition and tones in it and the monotone high key feel too it.

Looks to be an potential awesome shot but the fact is that half of the action is missing in the frame so too bad really, at least IMHO this is a failed shot as it needed to be a tad more on the wide end. On the plus side I like the colours and movement of the little ducklings but since this is framed so poorly I can´t give it more than a 5 but if the framing would have been better I would have potentially given it a 7 or even an 8.

Awesome shot, could have been even better if it had more raindrops but that´s just nitpicking, gave it an 8.

Nice, but IMHO it lacks a focus point and general sharpness to the whole shot, my eyes wander all over the frame. Still a 6 in my books though.

Not a bad capture but this picture is lacking severly in quality, mainly sharpness and frankly it looks a bit out of focus. There is also too much noise in the bottle itself for my taste. If the image quality had been good I would have rated it a 6 or 7 even.

Looks severely oversharpened, at least on my screen but other than that pretty good shot. I can´t help but wonder what it would have looked like with a natural backround, like a meadow or something but it works like it is. Great job.

Sorry if I seem harsh but I can´t give this anything but a 2 and the only reason I am not giving it a 1 is that it seems on topic as I am guessing those are tacks that are in the floorboards. The image is horribly out of focus, totally uninteresting and poorly framed and to me it seems like this shot is made by accident as if the camera shot this itself as you dropped it on the floor. Again, sorry if I seem harsh but this is a very bad image. My tips on how to improve for next time is to have the main subject (in this case the tacks in front) in focus, try to light it more evenly next time. This can be done by using a tripod and take the picture with a slower shutterspeed to get the dark parts in the picture brighter and turn off the flash to make the front of the floorboards darker and lit the same way as the rest of the floorboards. Lastly, find a more interesting subject, ask yourself, is this something you would proudly hang up on a wall? My guess is no and if that is the case, you need to put in a better effort. Anyway, I have a gut feeling you can do better, now go out and prove me right and enter a better image in the next challenge.

Again, apologize if I seem harsh but I mean this in the best way possible, feel free to PM if I offended you in any way.
