Into the grooveby HauxonComment: Hey, I recognize this shot :) Nice work, although the CD player isn´t really fitting with the 80´s theme at all... Hope you do well in the challenge :) |

If We Hold On Together (There is Hope and Fortitude) by librodoComment: Lol! What is up with you and always getting the red ribbon :) I am heading over to DPC stats and see if you don´t hold the record for most red ribbons on this site :)
Anyway, congrats on yet another ribbon, I think it´s finally time I added you to my favorites list, thought I did so a long time ago. |

You Want a Piece of Me, Pacman?by GIS_boyComment: Very clever, very clever indeed and the pacman and dots looks great. However, the skintones on the baby look to yellow for my taste and also the baby doesn´t appear really tack sharp wich the rest of the shot does. The outcome is just not really that aesthetically pleasing to me but I still gave it a 6, mostly for the effort you must have put into this shot. |

Nerdvana!by NordlysComment: Sorry but what were you thinking when you put this frame with this shot? I don´t think I have ever seen a frame steal so much attention from the shot. Sorry, not trying to offend you, just wanted to explain why I only gave this a 4 even though I think it meets the challenge. |

"Flock of Seagulls" and The Era of Hair Bandsby CutterComment: I dunno... without the title there would be no tie at all to the 80´s so I voted as in a gray area with meeting the challenge and deducted a couple of points. Still got a 6 from me as I really like the shot itself, would probably have given it 8 if I thought it met the challenge head on. |

Rebel Yell by jaxedComment: Pretty cool shot, the girl is doing a terrific job as the model and really selling me this shot. Love the backround too. Got an 8 from me. |

Original Punk Rockerby NeuferlandComment: Nice portrait, three things that bother me with it though. 1. The overexposure is a little bit too much for me of the left cheek. 2. I would have liked the tip of the chin to be in the frame, I find it awkward that you cut it off like that. 3. A lack of catchlights in the eyes make them seem, well not dead but not as alive as they could have been. Love the makeup and hair though and the attitude the model is showing :)
6 from me. |

Time Travelingby talmyComment: Ahh sorry, the blurred backround a little bit too blurred for my taste, it´s pretty apparent it was done in the post processing and not by a big aperture...
Otherwise a pretty cool car that I always wanted to own when I grew up, well, one that flew anyway :) |

...were like, you know, totally Trivial.by SammieComment: Usually I love shallow dof but here is not the case, this is one image where I would have liked everything in focus, well at least if you want to compose it like that. Other than that, pretty good, well lit. |
