this is nice but it would be even more striking if you had kept the pure whites in there. it loses something for me in the pinky tones.

this is a great image. i'm a little on the fence about whether or not it fits the challenge... it's a defining characteristic of a person (what they can do) but I think this was calling for more of a phsyical trait. I could be wrong.. either way I'm giving you an 8.

the focus is slightly more on the board and just missed the subject. reverse the two focal points and you have a better photo IMO.

try this exact set up again, with a tree that perhaps has more colour range in the leaves. i think that would be even better.
