Aeonby RikkiComment: I really like this one a lot. It has a very surrealistic "arty" feel to it. Normally I don't like overly NI'd images, but the composition really works for this one. |

Small but Deadlyby RikkiComment: Nice use of color. I love dart frogs and their wonderful deep colors. The focus seems a little soft on the frog, but the composition is wonderful. |

sanibel butterfly2by ArpeggioAngelComment: Another beautiful image!!! This is my favorite in the series. The highlights on the white flowers seem a little blown out and could use a touch of burning. There seems to be a little unusual dark halo above the top wing. Was the DOF acheived through aperture settings or selective blurring? If it was the latter, you did an excellent job, if it was the former, I don't understand what is causing the unusual shadowing effect. |

yellow daisyby ArpeggioAngelComment: The DOF is spot on! I also like the way the flower is centered (strangely enough). The crop seems a little too tight above and below the composition and as stated on the other image, I'm not a huge fan of the border and copyright choices. The colors are wonderful. Good work Katherine! |

pink rosebudby ArpeggioAngelComment: I really like this shot and the DOF. I agree with the other comments on the border and soft focus. The copyright seems a little big also and takes some away from this beautiful image. |

untitledby hollisterGqComment: I actually like the composition on this one, but feel the DOF is too shallow. I would like to see the cap in focus too. |

Breakthroughby owenComment: Thank you for explaining your post-processing. So much simpler than I thought. |

The Deepby Dax-Comment: I love the very shallow DOF and the image by itself. I'm not a big fan of the "separation choice". The image by itself would definitely be one of my favs, but as a triptych I don't think it works quite as well. I also think the extra wide white border is a bit overkill. |
