Louiseby jfaulknerComment: This one had potential, but the blown highlight on the nose makes the face look almost deformed. The nose blends right in with the white of the face. Beautiful cat, and great composition. Eyes look like they could have been amazing. Harsh lighting is the only real problem here. |

Good Boyby jeffzoetComment: This one really needs a catch light in the eyes. Great idea. A tighter crop and a little more light could improve. |

Murphieby jmcotterComment: The lighting is a bit harsh. It makes it a bit hard to make out the eyes. Nice pose and the background works for me because it seems appropriate. Very pretty dog. |

Jasmineby spydrComment: I am usually a fan of extreme close crop however this one is lacking because the eye on the right is just too dark. I also would have left the ear in the shot. This doggy has great personality I bet. |

dollyby speaseComment: What a great face. I would have loved to see a face shot from this angle and background Showing the partial body, especially cropping off the feet, really detracts from what could have been an amazing face shot. |

Gizmo being pensive...by rudacbComment: Very nice all around. I love that you can see his underbite. That really gives the shot personality. A darker background might have worked better, but this is lovely as is. |

Cesar goes for the preyby palmfrodurComment: A very striking subject. The face is great. Very symetrical. The pole behind the cat is a distraction. I would definitely try a shot of this kitty with a very close crop. |
