to bloom againby jmritzComment: It's almost 3d! Very neat colors on the hand and it stands out really well from the foliage. Good colors on the flowers too. Very neat shot, love it! |

Hope These Sunflowers Stop Growing Soon!by SteveJComment: You've got a nice blue sky but the lighting is very harsh. You've also got a lot of foliage in the shot for such a small single sunflower although I can see you're using that to emphasize the title of it growing. Getting in closer and waiting for a different time of day may help. |

Hope for a smaller backside ?by yukiComment: The cloth seems too wrinkled and she's too close to it that it becomes part of the image instead of being the background. You may want to try her being further away from it and have some lights aimed at the cloth to brighten it so it becomes more of a solid white background. |

McKayla's Home Runby aliciapunchesComment: The idea works and it's great you got the ball in the shot as they're so hard to capture. To me this is more about a family memory snapshot then a ribbon-winning photograph. That doesnt mean it's a bad shot, just that it wont be as appreciated by others as it will for McKayla and her family and friends.

A Hope for New Lifeby bruskiComment: Good black background and I can see what you're trying to do with the low contrast/soft focus but I'm not sure it works too well for me. I personally prefer more contrast and a deeper tonal range. |

Esperanzaby 77DXComment: Nice use of lighting. I like the mixed textures of the wall and the chrome. Nice blend of light and shadows too. |

...for a medical miracleby aaronb532Comment: I like the depth of field to emphasize the hands and the diagonal of the arm. Only negative is that on this screen the image looks like it has a red cast. Auto levels or playing around with the white point may help correct the cast. (Otherwise it's this monitor) |

Hope flutters in the breeze...by ursulasComment: Nice composition and I love the light and texture on the drape. The lighting is really good overall in this image and I like the the shelf being lit too. Only thing that I see that needs improvement is the focus of the flowers. Try changing your aperature to get more of the frame in focus at the same time. |
