An apple for teacher...by jmleliiComment: Good composition and lighting of the apple. However, your subject's expression is lacking and the apple is posed as if she may fling it. |

A brief pause in the knee-skinning violenceby scottaubComment: I like this school playground shot. I remember the damage brought to me and classmates in my gradeschool. Like the lighting.color, and shadows, as well as the tight crop to the center pole. Good idea and shot ;-) |

Extra Creditby panoramixComment: What a collection. Those without grade schoolers may not appreciate this as much. I like the simplicity of this colorful shot with the window effect. |

Piled High & Deepby GordonComment: Nice composition, I like the tunnel effect, dof, angle, and crop. Though asleep I wonder if his hand would be holding the pencil so firmly? |

"A Hundred Times?!?"by cpurserComment: Ah yes reminds me of my times at the chalkboard. Like the sharpness of the hand and chalk and the space above. B/W is perfect too. Good entry. |

The walk to classby CamComment: Nice study of educational architecture. Love the framing, shadow of tree, above lighting, and the bikes and sitting person adds a nice personal touch. A great entry. |

Practice makes perfect!by BarryMaskellComment: I like this photo as music is such an important part of education. The colors are great, use of dof, rotation, and image crop are technically well executed. BUT, why the Epson paper as the background ? I think this may not place as well due to the background. |
