The Passengerby PixelstateComment: Very striking image in terms of motion, perspective, contrasts and detail. I also likethe subtle capture of the passenger and the repetition introduced by the mirror, the train windows, the station lights, the poles, the bricks, etc. Congratulations on a really nice submission. |

Stop and smell the rosesby StagoleeComment: I originally rated this image much lower - it had seemed so plain and almost hokey to me at first. The more that I saw it, the more that feeling went away - to be replaced instead with an appreciation for the balance of the color scheme, the cleverness of the idea, and the tremendous focus and detail in the repetitive pattern displayed by the mirror. Congratulations. Nice image. |

Commutionby ImagineerComment: This image captures my attention and makes me study it for longer time spans than most images here. What's reflection and what's not? Why is there crystal clear focus on the edge of the sphere at the center and yet the people shown on that sphere are totally fuzzy? Why is the woman to the left of the sphere being seen thru the straight lines? It's just very interesting. And the color scheme and contrasts between darks and lights work very well, too. Congratulations. |

Reflectingby RoosterComment: I really like the composition and pose in this image. The color scheme and dramatic contrast of red against dark hair is very attractive also. Nice image. The facial mood does the title justice, too. |

Mobile Homeby ellamayComment: Huh! For a second, I thought I'd just seen this little guy in the challenge, "Backlighting". He's kinda cute anyway. Wish his reflected image was sharper, that he was more "centered", and that his original (not reflected) shell was more in focus overall. But, that's just me. Nice image. |

Watchfulby Faye PekasComment: Hmmm... did we see this guy in the "Framing" challenge? :-) Nice "backlighting". Really cool detail and focus. I'm beginning to like, Emus? is it? Anyway, nice image. Good luck in the challenge. |

Getting coldby herc004Comment: I really liked this image. The bright bar coming in from the right at the center of the image really bothered me though. I would burn it out in future versions if it were my image. Anyway, that's my opinion. With the exception of that, it's a really great image. Good luck with the challenge. |

Race Dayby CantiqueComment: Printed onto a plastic substrate, framed and mounted with backlighting, this would be great in some yachting bar or coastal city restaurant. Very nice image. |

Light and Fruityby LisaCanComment: Nicely posed. I would have put some kind of light spot on the label though, to make it more readable. But, hey! That's just me. Congratulations on a nice image and good luck with the challenge. |

Ox-eyeby WobblyLegsComment: Everything was so clear and distinct, and in focus, and full of contrast. Well composed. But, what the heck was that little dark fleck of dirt on the bottom petal to the left? Drove me crazy. Nice image though. Congratulations and good luck with the challenge. |
