Nice photo but lacks a bit of punch IMHO, the top petals look grainy so maybe a run through Neat Image would help clean it up a bit.

Edit: Because I comment and then read what others have said (That's my private learning side challenge) I really like the updated version that CapeSail used and I agree it might be a tad over done but really made the image stand out, I still think NI would clean up the top dusty looking petals.

I think the problem is the subject not the photo, I have noticed so many cat photo's lately in challenges that they really need to be something special if they are to do well in a challenge.

This reminds me of the posters that you could buy in the 70's, made you go cross eyed. A tighter crop would help this I think.

I actually like the B&W version better, while the colour one is very pleasing in the B&W one the eye focuses directly on the sheep. Very nice.

rotflmao Wonderfull capture it made me laugh out loud, only thing is the background is blown out. But the tones on the horse are great!

Really nice, the Rake looks a little to modern to be in here but you have set the scene really nicely.
