Incredible! The sky is gorgeous. The city lights are beautiful, and the still water and reflections are stunning. I like the boat too, it adds another subject and shows its own pretty reflection. The only problem I see is all the hot pixels. There seem to be a lot of them. The border is tasteful. This is one of the best, even with the hot pixels.

Original. The stark contrast between the luminous-looking flowers and the pitch black background is bold and artistic. Some people will probably say "the lilies are overexposed!" but I think it's the perfect exposure to get the luminous effect, if that's what you're going for.

A little too much CCD noise. Well balanced composition though, these centered shots are hard to get right. Points for that.

Great idea, I like the shot a lot, except that it's really got a lot of CCD noise and it feels like it needs more "pop", maybe a curves boost. Not too hot on the border. I'm giving it a good score because of the creativity, action, and sense of movement I get from it.

Gorgeous colors, brilliant sparkle with the light sources. The sky is really neat. The only thing I might change would be to crop the closest part of the scene out, the trees have a weird color and texture (too much NeatImage?) to them. Other than that, I like it a lot.
