Bearded Dragon by bvoiComment: This is truly a stunning image.
At a superficial (but critical) level, the focus and sharpness and lighting are great. Examining the composition, the way the her head angle creates leading lines draws the eye around the image, in addition to creating a great sharp region in the focal plane for the whole near side of her face. The color of the background is really elegant feeling next to the lizard's body.
Beautiful. |

From the deepby puzzledComment: I like the perspective, the lines drawing the eyes down the tunnel. The monotone is nice too. |

Sleekby GuGiComment: I like the lines, the way the rails cut through the composition. |

Chromotestosteroneby BosborneComment: I like the abundance of chrome-look in this image. So many images so far have only had a tiny bit of chrome which wasn't really emphasized in the composition. |

Spirit of Ecstastyby tembaComment: Ok, but feels like something of a snapshot to me. What I mean is that it's a very literal representation of this object, which of itself isn't extremely compelling in this case. If you were to take control of the image and add some artistic elements, such as using shallow depth of field to emphasize the hood ornament, or using an unusual camera angle, the image could gain more interest. |
