Stemsby jazzmikComment: Okay, I think you have a good idea here, but two rear stems are obscured. Now, artistically I think by arranging them this way, it adds pleasing dimensions to the negative spaces between the curved stems. That's where this photo gains a lot of interest. I will not deduct for that fact, but I'm sure others will. Good luck. |

Made In Chinaby alanbataarComment: Needs a deeper DOF. Are you only trying to show us the first two drill bits? Do the others not matter? Are they just there to fill in the fluff, to meet the challenge requirements? If you had placed the others in better focus, the overall impact of the image would have been improved. |

Seven Skeinsby sibelingComment: Are there really seven here? I'll take your word for it. It's too much of a headache to try to figure it out, haha.
Detail in the cloth is excellent. The composition is good and the focus is spot on.
There is some glare off the labels but I think that's nothing to worry about, just gonna tell you though that some will probably dock you a point or two for it. |

Six +1by drz01Comment: The arrangement is a bit too tight, and there is not enough of a contrast between the glasses for this one to be visually impacting enough. Maybe filling each glass with a different colored beverage might have worked to your advantage. |

Pieces of Goldby leteneleComment: The hen that laid the golden eggs? Nice attempt to get that golden appearance. |

Odd One Outby singeComment: Color balance is obviously out of whack here. But, it gives the shadows a funky blue tone which I like. The candies are kinda fuzzy and out of focus. |

Seven Barbsby KDOComment: Hi, returning for some comments. Indeed there are seven barbs. I think this entry would have more impact if it was larger. Sharp focus, and the colors are kind of muted which goes well with this particular subject. |

Spaghetti incidentby speedylixComment: Very stylistic. I like the way you curved the spaghetti. I also like the depth of field used and the cropping is perfect. Just a couple of comments...I think this shot could have benefitted tremendously by a levels/curve adjustment to give this image a little more pop. Along the same lines, a hue/saturation adjustment could have really made this one stand out. |
