Dew Drops on Webby Kathryn8Comment: This is beyond dazzling. Flawless technique and execution. The composition is perfect. This is a true ten if there ever was one. Brilliant! |

My Yellow Spotby ace flymanComment: Okay, another dog photo, for which I am a hopeless sucker. I also have a golden retriever. Beautiful dogs. I think the dog alone would carry the shot. The fire hydrant distracts from your true focal point, the stunning golden. I am a rebel in that I vote dog shots high to counteract the impact of those who just give them a 1 out of some sort of innate, dog-hate. What an unhappy, sorry group of people ;-)

Doggy Blueby basia03Comment: I am a sucker for dog shots. This is an absolutely useless comment, but cute dog. He looks completely bored. I like the buttery yellow. Most shots are so bright that my retinas are burning. I don't like the hedgehog toy. It distracts from your subject. 6 |

Yellow Curvesby jessfrolioComment: Simple, elegant and fascinating. The stem is just a little out of focus, but other than that, this is a sweet image...and thank heavens, it is not a lemon! 8 |

Peppersby ssenguptaComment: Stunning line and pleasant composition. Thank goodness for peppers and not lemons. If I recall, these are expensive little buggers. This shot, unless you took it in the store, was a spendy one. The soft blur works for me in this shot. Just a teeny complaint, petty really. I would turn the pepper in the back left so that its stem faces away, at least some degree, from the front. It is too close to the same positioning as the one in front of it. Other than that, this shot works well for me. 7 |

Kwakby PanoComment: Surreal, fun, and, thank heavens, different. I don't think I could stand another lemon shot. I would like the duck in the foreground to be tipped back, a bit away from me. As it is right now, it feels as if it is falling awkwardly forward and out of the frame. That runs counter to the fun easy feeling of the rest of the shot. Creative and daring...bravo for that! 7 |

Shades Of...by bruskiComment: This image is disturbing because it evokes my memory of the horrific beheadings that have been in the news this year. Is that what you intended? I am looking for other hints and parallels. The balloons could be just that. I am curious about your message. The lighting leans that way too. Is this image an enigma, or am I just to cowardly to see it for what it is? |

Connectionsby BibliophileComment: Nice perspective and use of motif. I like that the fourth cord is out of line, adding an interesting asymetrical element. |

Burning Skyby Everyday ReneeComment: Sweet sunset, or sunrise. It is a challenge to make a sunset unique and interesting. The branch makes the shot, and that is a credit to your creative eye. I like the oranges and yellows in the water. Very nice...8 |
