Lifetime Habitby carmenscameraComment: Overlooking the fact that I keep trying to make out the face in the reflection, I really like the tones used in the shot (as a b&w, this would have really suffered), there's just the right amount of lather to dictate the action, and the age of the hands gives us all the clues we need to tie it to "habits". Great work! A solid 9 from me. |

My Habitby lightpro1Comment: Personal choice, I would have gone for a slightly darker tone and would have caught all of the gauge. It also bugging me just a bit that the line of the hinge isn't straight in the frame, but that's probably being a bit obsessive. |

A Real Nail Biterby utopian mangComment: While others may not go wild for it, I'm impressed with both the softening and the choice of high exposure. A solid 8 in my book. |

Refreshed by the Hourby BooZonComment: While I enjoy the composition, and get all of the technical imagery in this shot, I personally try to vote on the basis of someone seeing this shot in an open gallery. I'm going to have to go with a 6 on that scale. |

Deadly!!by Kalli99Comment: Crop this to the extreme center of the shot, and I wouldn't have had to fight all the business of the background. And of course the sky wask in the upper left is likely to get you in trouble with a lot of folks. |

Fire Bug at Workby katlynComment: While I wouldn't be surprised if you got panned for the amount of harsh "white" in this shot, I think it really works here. And you've caught just enough flame to give us "the beginning". Great drama! |

Poker Nightby zeke123caComment: Good concept, but the card edges lack definition and the lighting doesn't add any real drama to the shot. |

Little White Liesby tryals15Comment: Not sure whether this was done manually or automatically, in the camera or in software, but this has been WAY over-sharpened. |

Morning Wake-Upby TressiderComment: A solid shot. Pulling down the blue might have been an option, but I don't think it's problematic this time 'round. |
