Evevator girlby nico_blueComment: A magnificent picture. The wood's texture and exposure are fabulous, they just add a lot to the picture. And the background's color contrast well with the blue dress as well. The only thing that really bothers me is the model's expression. But there's really nothing you could've done there. |

Ashleyby Joey LawrenceComment: Oh my God you didn't over-grunge, I love it. Every little detail appeals to me, the garbage, the end of the alley, the wind in her hair ( or the hair in the wind depending how you look at it). Ah and the look! It kills!
I also love her jacket. |

Bridge Under Troubled Waterby AzrifelComment: Love the tone especially, of course it should have done better but I sincerely wouldn't have hoped from DPC to understand a perfectly well street shot. Beautiful scene you captured here, the people passing on the bridge just adds a lot to it. I would have prefered to see a little bit more action on the surface of the water (leaves, maybe the duck in a more noticeable space). Actually if you really pay attention to the duck and the waves behind it it just has a real surreal feel, like there's something just mistical about it. The waves add a lot to it. I don't know, this just makes me feel very european like, and kind of romantic I guess. The setting just calls that. Message edited by author 2005-10-26 15:00:07. |

Hushby Joey LawrenceComment: You went your pants. Don't lie...
This could be my favorite self-portrait of yours. The compostion, how you used the rule of thirds really makes our eyes grab the tunnel you're in and not the garbage around. While the colors and tones are harsh, the waterfall just gives a softer side to the picture.
I'm just seeing this in a whole different side now actually, there's a thin line separating your gentilness and harshness ;-) Yes you're such a romantic you. |

Part of Meby bucketComment: The best child portrait in the bunch, I love everything here, the composition, the well balanced toning and the very cute expression on the very cute kid. There is absolutly nothing that you could have done better here. |
