I think you were unlucky in this challenge. The shallow DOF really hurt the voting by the looks of it. Perhaps a focused head would have been the way to go?

Perhaps lighting could have been used to avoid accentuating the writing on the side?

It was a great find.... Perhaps you can use it again for the 'Movie Title' challenge.... Title 'Jaws' :-)
