I realize that it is probably impossible to change, but i feel the drab house background really takes away from the potential of this shot. even the best subject needs the right composition. maybe looking for a different angle might help. just something to consider.

It gives the feel of peeking in on the scene. The colors, the water, refllection, rolling green hills, and then the little house.
