Peak and Valleyby goinskiingComment: Great colors and framing. The sense of altitude is a good subject for this challenge. I like the light source and shadow on the rocks in the foreground. |

Opposite Sex : Caught in the Act!by arbil14Comment: The colors are just wonderful here- how it's all muted beige and browns. The subject is actually rather well done, though I get little sense of opposites in this setting. The framing is nice as is the exposure and focus. Did you happen to feed any of these dogs? They look pretty scrawny. |

Normal People; Insane Peopleby alanfreedComment: A wonderful find and great take on the challenge. I love the saturation of colors - the reds and blues are just wonderful. I might crop it to take the woman out - just have dad with the stroller and child in contrast to the naked cowboy (two different directions a man can take with his life). |

full / emptyby redmoonComment: Wonderful use of monochrome - the fullness of the glass and the differences in reds that go from purple and black to orange and yellow are just wonderful. I ilke that the background is not quite regular, adding to the visual interest. |

Complementersby mannjuditComment: Nice lush colors and details - I like the curves of the tulip against the upright grasses. Nicely framed. |

Unbridled versus Restrained by BikeRacerComment: What an amazing capture. The colors are just wonderful as is your exposure and the framing with the lines in front. I'm not sure the streetlight in the lower right needs to be included, but that's being very picky on my part. Good luck. |

Black and Whiteby artvetComment: Wonderful detail and textures. Their eyes are glassy and clear and really draw the viewer in. The glossyness of the background is a little problematic, as we lose the black cat in it. |

Black/White, Up/Down, Left/Right, Back to Back doh !by FalcComment: Lovely pastoral shot - I love that the size of the lambs is identical and that their positions are so charming. I think the contrast could be bumped every so slightly to highlight the black/white difference without losing the detail on the black one's face. |

Black and White Apples and Orangesby ShakeyComment: Beautiful lush colors. I like your choice of the black base and white background. The texture on the orange and apple are a little lost with the DOF that seems to favor the orange in the background. Great idea, wonderfully executed. You composed the photo very well with excellent use of the negative space on the lower right. |

Young and Oldby NeuferlandComment: Fabulous candid. I love the focus on the woman, and then the motion blur on the child. It gives another sense of opposition - the stillness of age and wisdom compared to the exhuberance and activitiy of youth. I just wish that little window or frame wasn't up in the background. The textures on her face are wonderful. |
