Sculptureby KolyaComment: I would have preferred to have seen the edges of the pyramids all lined up, and you've blown out the highlights here.
It looks like it would have been very difficult to expose this evenly! I like the perspective on this one as it not only creates and unusual and interesting angle, but undoubtedly would have cut out some distracting background elements as well.
A 6 from me due to the technical shortcomings, but good idea and you've composed this nicely apart from the slight misalignment.
Good luck!

Juxtapositionby Dr.ConfuserComment: The Gherkin Building! A DPC challenge favourite ;)
Lovely paradox here, that building is pretty fantasy worldish by itself, and I think you've emphasized that feel with the inclusion of a the more traditional structure in the foreground.
Good luck with the challenge!

Smok'n Dreamby filmguyaComment: An interesting snippet of a teenage party, reminds me of school! I don't really think this fits the challenge, however, and technically there're a lot of shortcomings. The background elements are quite distracting, particularly that girl in the background. She really 'steals the show' away from the subject. Perhaps try a shallower DOF.
I like the genuine feel to this photo, but it doesn't really work in the challenge context and, overall, is far too snapshotty.
Good luck

The other side...by TerramarComment: A little small for my liking and too much dark foreground negative space. I like the yellow tones, though. Good luck for the challenge!

Atlantisby U622Comment: I know this filter! Plastic wrap!
Very strange effect but I like it just for it's audacious weirdness. I'm not a fan of overphotoshopping though so I've docked a coupla points for that. Lovely colours, though and you've done well to retain an obvious subject in a busy image.
Good luck with the challenge

In The Land of the Fairiesby shutterphunkComment: I think you've overdone the soft focus here, but that's okay. I'm not gonna mark it too down for that! I like it to an extent, but part of me wants to focus on the flowers!
Nevertheless, you've used a cool technique to create a dreamy and quite beautiful image. I like how the hill rolls and your eye almost slides over the hazy yellows in this image. Lovely analogous colour scheme here, great image!
Good luck!
