Waitingby evenendresenComment: A very nice waiting idea. Great effect to show it's almost 10 pm. For me, the blue lighting effect does not work when the lighting is candle light. |

Pauseby RohnComment: Wonderful scene. Shadow is perfect - it makes the shot. Even though the sun is close to the horizon - the sky is a bit over powering. Try a graduated ND filter - it's made for scenes like this. One of my top 10 pics. |

5 Mile Jamby DefyTimeComment: If that isn't waiting, I don't know what is! Great composition, exposure and DoF. One of my top pics. |

Waiting for the mist to raise.by ladpupmoeComment: The iInspiritional lighting makes this a natural for a poster. Good composition with your leading lines from both sides taking the viewer ringht to the light rays. If it were mine, I'd probably try to tone down the brightest areas - and would certainly remove the power lines upper right. (Too bad this was a basic editing challenge.) Overall - a very nice submission that should finish high. |

Waiting on a cornerby imolaavantComment: Yep - he looks like he's waiting. But you should have waited just a bit longer - until the gent walking away didn't merge with the main model. Sky is very white, which is unfortunate. Good pose - works very well in black and white. |

Urban Waitingby doveyComment: A very nice juxtaposition. Make it more effective by removing the railing at the bottom left. Perfect exposure - even with that horrendous sky. Too bad you don't see a bit more of the red light. |

Your Move!by timganierComment: A gorgeous chess set! I like your placement of the brown piece between the knight shapes. The pieces closest to the lens are so OOF they really detract. Exposure good. |

Intermissionby richsamsComment: What an expression. Title could be "What the H#$# am I doing here?" Great colors and composition. Best of all - you captured a great pose, great expression, and just a hint of spectators to add interest. The white round spot behind his head is a bit distracting. Great submission - thanks for sharing. |
