It has some nice curves for the eyes to follow. The lighting on the bottom left is a bit harsh. I feel this is just to simple. perhaps a cloudy sky, or reflection in a pool of water, or possible try to get the reflection, xshadow nad the object in 1 shot would have been very nice.

Yup it's most definately a macro. Lots of lines and details. I think you should have used a bit more on the satration. It would have brought out the rainbow like colors in the dark areas better.

wow what colors, I realy like the colors on this one. I don't get the title but that didn't effect my score. I like the lighting, the shadows, and how crisp this image is. The only thing I have negative with this shot is it too "studio" for my personall taste. I think I would have prefered to see this sitting on a sandy background. Giving it a more natural feeling. Nice job.. keep up these great shots comming.

A very good almost textbook example of macro photography. Great shadows, perfect focus, good color, Its just not exciting to me.

gold bar? 500 what? are the #'s pressed in or sticking out of the object? Why are they mirrored? So many questions to vey anser in this shot. I like the colors. I even line the shodws with the exeption of the shadow looking like the reflection of the photographer. I feel that this was not detailed enough shot to allow the viewer to feel and see what it was that drew you to taking this shot. But still above the average in this challenge.

I was initialy amazed at this shot the colors. the bubbles. I was in rapture... well not quite but I liked it. Then I notced the desk top icons on the ball. slowly the process came together. and I realized it was just the reflection from a monitor. It was not some brilliant lighting schem as I had originaly thought. Then I was sad. T put it simply this went from a 9 to an 7 just because of the icons. This is a great shot I would definatly have to reshoot. and add to my portfolio. Not trying to be harsh but i feel that honesty is the only way to improve.. keep up the good work

I like the curve of the plants on this one. I also enjoy the slowly dissapearing plants in the background. A very Pleasant shot to look at. Feels a little weak in fitting the challenge. I also vent a little low due to the lack of comlexity it just dosn't keep me interested for long. Just trying to help.. just saying why i didn't feel a 10.. keep up the good work.

I really enjoy the washed out goth feeling of this shot. It fits the challenge. The only complaint I have with this shot is that it has the gothic feel and yet the clothing on the model does not seem to fit the overall style of the photo. I could be way off on what you were trying for. But I like this shot none the less. great job.

This is an incredable shot IMO. I just jove the lighting and symetry. Would have gone to a nine in I had felt it fit a month better. I do however feel I would buy a calendar that had this shot in it just because its beautifull . Great Job

very very pretty shot. I could only wish I had such scenery in my back yard. Very clear, great color, and lots of details and lines for the eye to follow. I am however forced to ask. Is that fog on the water or is it a photo trick used to soften the white water?
