Great photograph, I can appreciate it :):) Honestly now, I think there's one minor flaw which bugs me about it. I love the lighting, I love the skin tone, it's gorgeous, but it bugs me that you cut out your left hand. It makes me wonder what it's doing.. lovely.

Sealing Liquid

Hi snowleopard10101

This is your critique for Sealing Liquid, taken for the Liquid challenge.

Let me get this out of the way, it fits the challenge in my eyes!

Moving on to the composition: like frisca said, I like the way the clutter seems to indicate an assembly line at a factory. I think presentation is everything though, and since you didn't give me any Photographer's Comments to work on... I'll make assumptions :) I would have prefered to see all the ribbons facing forward for a bit more of a symmetrical feel to the photograph. I would also have liked to see more of the tops of the bottles, to get the "complete" feel that this seems to lack.

While I like the photograph, I think that flash photography on something like glass can easily go wrong. As you can see there's a strange glare from the flash going on there. I think you need some kind of diffuser... Have you tried to perhaps put up different light with a piece of paper to bounce the harshness away? I wish I could help more in this aspect, but you didn't give me more to work on.

Overall, I like the idea of this photograph, but I think you can do so much more :) I can even imagine it. Thank you for submitting it, and good luck on upcoming challenges!

cute covered for your pens. at least you can't lose them now. I think the composition is good, I'd have put the pen which is inside the bin facing to the right, and I'd have centered it more with the red pen further in front! Right now it doesn't feel very balanced. YOu got the lighting very nicely in this shot. well done!

Hehe, lovely detail on the point of that pencil.. superb lighting. great shadow! I would have liked a little bit more of the actual pencil showing. I feel that the horizon is too centered at the moment.

This has a lovely feeling of history. I would have loved to be able to see this with actual text written down instead of a splodge! a Mock letter would have been great.
