Morus bassanusby SaraRComment: I have no idea where this photo was taken, but it does remind me of a bird sanctuary not all that far from Whangaparaoa in New Zealand. Fantastic image and here is hoping is does well in the challenge. |

Home Sweet Homeby mrbig65Comment: A very nice image, but it looks more like a morning shot or perhaps even a sunset, but not a late night scene. I do hope for your sake that the voters give you the benefit of the doubt and are not to harsh with you.
Good luck. |

Bondingby SaraRComment: You were robbed. How anyone could score this under 5 is unbelievable and to the person who gave this a 2... one can only hope that karma pays you a visit.
Very nicely done, and I for one can truly appreciate just how long you must have waited to get just the right moment.

Transitionsby hahn23Comment: I was stunned to find out that this image placed 42 in this challenge.
I really like this and gave it a 9.
Goes to show that there are varying tastes when it comes to photography.
Very nicely done.

A Glimpse into the Pastby secondglantzComment: I looked at this image and the very first thought I had was that it was taken at Plymouth Plantation in Plymouth, Mass. I will have to look after the challenge to find out if I was right.
A very nice image. Here is hoping it fares well in the challenge. |

Timex Expedition: Tide/Temp/Compass Watchby Bear_MusicComment: I gave this a 9 and truth be told I do earnestly believe it should have fared much better in the challenge.
How anyone could even consider giving this less than a 5 truly is beyond comprehension.

Mother Killdeer ~ Protectorby KMcCComment: This image must have been taken with a very long lens unless of course your Killdeer behave very differently than here. Here, when one gets anywhere near their nest, they tend to run away from the nest and give you the broken wing thing, hoping you will follow them away from the nest.
Nice image, but the harsh sun really did not do you any favours. Good luck in the challenge. |

Standing Guardby KMcCComment: This is an absolutely stunning image. I am particularly awe struck by the fact that this is only your second challenge and do earnestly believe that we will soon be seeing your images bearing ribbons.
Very nice indeed.

a person of interestby daisydavidComment: Funny how some images immediately make you think of a place you visited. This image reminds me ever so much of a recent visit to Tasmania.
I do find this a very appealing image and her is hoping you do well in the challenge. |
